The facilities were fine but the condition of the greens and the bunkers was dreadful.
Greens full of small holes, pitch marks and patches of soil.
Bunkers had more stones and grit than sand

It’s a real shame that you are only informed that the course is under major refurbishment and that you basically would be playing the back 9 holes in a builder’s yard, also would be a very good idea to actually have sand in the bunkers that’s when they are not filled with water . Considering the there was no reduction in green fees and really no apologies for the inconvenience in the pro shop when you checked in,some sort of gesture would have helped to soften the situation,would not recommend

Course in excellent condition - except for the greens. They are absolutely terrible with little to no grass on them. Very very poor & not worth the money charged for green fees

Not great as were unable to complete the round due to torrential rain plus thunder and lighting. Given that the weather forecast predicted this felt that some guidance could have been given as what should happen when thunderstorms arrived.

At least 4 marginal pin placements. Miss the hole and you're 20 yards back down the fairway....or bunkered. Barely playable for mid handicaps.

An enjoyable course with lots of open spaces. Hard to find trouble off the tee as there are lots of open spaces. The greens are lightening quick and the pin placements were brutal so your short game has to be very strong to score well.

Pleasant and helpfully staff at reception.we were advised that buggies could be booked in advance to ensure availability. A Facility to book pre book buggies at same time of booking golf on courses that permit this would be benificial
