Liebe Marisa, wir sind nach einem wunderschönen Urlaub auf Gran Canaria wieder zu Hause gelandet. Ich möchte mich ganz herzlich für den hervorragenden Service bedanken. Alles hat perfekt geklappt und es war eine rundum gelungene Reise! Alle Transfers waren bestens organisiert und pünktlich. Einzig den hoteleigenen Transfer zum Maspalomas Golf Course am 08.11.2024 konnten wir nicht nutzen, da an diesem Tag so früh kein hoteleigener Transfer angeboten wurde (dazu hätten wir diesen Platz an einem Mittwoch oder Samstag spielen müssen). Wir haben uns dann aber mit der Bestellung eines Taxis geholfen. Das Hotel war einfach top: der Service, die Ausstattung und die Lage haben zu einer rundum entspannten und angenehmen Zeit beigetragen. PS: leider ist ihre Webseite ganz schlecht leserlich vom Kontrast! -**- Dear Marisa, We have returned home after a wonderful holiday in Gran Canaria. I would like to thank you very much for the excellent service. Everything went perfectly and it was an all-round successful trip! All the transfers were perfectly organised and punctual. The only thing we couldn't use was the hotel's own transfer to the Maspalomas Golf Course on 8 November 2020, as no hotel transfer was offered that early on that day (we would have had to play this course on a Wednesday or Saturday). However, we then helped ourselves by booking a taxi. The hotel was simply great: the service, the facilities and the location contributed to an all-round relaxed and enjoyable time. PS: unfortunately their website is very difficult to read from the contrast!

Comme d’habitude j’ai réservé auprès de Telma les greenfees pour mon séjour passé en compagnie d’un groupe d’amis dans le nord du Portugal Les tarifs négociés pour les greenfees étaient incroyable et au jours et horaires souhaités malgré le fait que je m’y suis pris un peu tardivement Tout s’est très bien passé la communication avec les golfs à été parfaite Cela fait maintenant plusieurs années que je réserve mes séjours golfiques auprès de Telma que ce soit en algarve ou sur Porto et reste très satisfait de son professionnalisme et de sa gentillesse
